Achievelax Winter Gear Up program for players that might be interested in some pre-season training.  Winter Gear Up offers programming for players in grade K through 7 at Teamworks Canton.  

Our K - 4 Rising Star division is a 'Learn to Lax' program.  The program is designed to introduce lacrosse to young athletes.  Our training provides new players the opportunity to learn basic skills in an engaging and productive environment.

Our 5 - 7 Middle School division focuses on fast-paced stickwork/footwork coordination training so that players can execute their fundamentals with confidence.
